Damaged Products On Arrival
If your product or products arrive to your door damaged, you can rest easy. A replacement product or full refund will be provided including the cost of postage. Before we issue a replacement product or refund, we would ask you to notify us by post or email of the product damaged. We also will require photographic evidence that the product is damaged so that we can make a claim with the postal or courier service provider. Courier or postal service will not except a claim unless photographic evidence is supplied.
Unwanted Products
Should you purchase a product or products from us and realise that it is not what you wanted. You can return it to us within 7 days of dispatch, unused, undamaged and in it’s original packaging and we will issue you with a full refund. You will have to pay for the cost of carriage to get the product back to us. Apon receipt of the item, we will issue the refund and notify you by email. If the product is damaged, used or not in it’s original packaging, a refund will no longer be valid. If the returning product or products arrives after the 7 day period, your refund will become invalid.
